1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using SprintSage.ai in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Services
SprintSage.ai provides a flow intelligence platform for engineering teams, including:
- Kanban board and work item management
- Flow metrics dashboards (cycle time, throughput, WIP compliance, flow efficiency)
- AI-enhanced coaching powered by third-party large language model APIs
- Iteration and sprint management tools
- Service Level Expectation (SLE) calculators
- Human consulting and coaching services (as applicable to your plan)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use SprintSage.ai, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring all users within your organization comply with these Terms
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
SprintSage.ai offers the following subscription tiers:
- Starter: $599/month — 1 team, up to 5 seats. Includes a 14-day free trial.
- Growth: $1,200/month — up to 3 teams, up to 15 seats.
- Transform: $12,500 one-time + $1,200/month — includes 90-day transformation engagement.
- Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact us for details.
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Additional coaching hours are available at $120/hour. In-person training is available at the hourly rate plus expenses. All additional services require a separate agreement.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Free Trial
The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin your trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to provide payment information to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SprintSage.ai to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code or AI models
- Resell or sublicense access to SprintSage.ai without our written consent
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
7. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you input into SprintSage.ai ("Your Data"). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not sell Your Data to third parties. Your Data may be processed by third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) solely to generate coaching responses within the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data does not contain confidential information that you are not authorized to share, and that you have all necessary rights to input such data into the platform.
8. AI-Enhanced Coaching
SprintSage.ai uses AI-enhanced coaching features powered by third-party large language model providers. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated coaching is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional consulting advice
- AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation
- You should apply professional judgment when acting on AI-generated recommendations
- We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI coaching output
9. Intellectual Property
SprintSage.ai and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the SprintSage.ai Toolkit, methodology frameworks, system prompts, coaching templates, and software — are owned by L. French Consulting LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.
10. Consulting Services
Human consulting and coaching services (including the 90-Day Transformation engagement and hourly coaching) are subject to a separate Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement. These Terms govern your use of the software platform only. Consulting engagements are governed by the applicable service agreement executed at the time of purchase.
11. Disclaimers
SprintSage.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of the platform or consulting services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L. French Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SprintSage.ai. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sumner County, Tennessee.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of SprintSage.ai after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
