3. AI Coaching and Third-Party AI Providers
SprintSage.ai uses Anthropic's Claude API to power AI-enhanced coaching features. When you use the AI coach:
- Your team's metrics and the questions you ask are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses
- This data is processed under Anthropic's privacy policy and data processing terms
- We do not send personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to generate coaching responses
- Anthropic does not use your data to train their models under our API agreement

4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on AWS infrastructure. We implement the following security measures:
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS

- API keys and secrets are stored in secure environment variables, never in code
- We use industry-standard authentication practices
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only
